The experience includes an intimate masterclass with global Pisco Sour Ambassador Giancarlo, native Peruvian, that has been at the forefront of evolving Peru’s cocktail culture, and will now be heading up our drinks programme and streamlining all cocktail offerings to provide guests with a true taste of Peru. Giancarlo’s main responsibility, however, is to ensure that we serve the most delicious Pisco Sour in the world and is be personally running all of our Pisco Sour & Ceviche Masterclasses.

We offer a unique insight into the most popular Peruvian traditions. You’ll learn how to make Pisco Sours & Ceviches at our very own chef’s table, followed by a sumptuous feasting menu arranged to compliment the delicious cocktails & ceviches you will be preparing. To start the night off in true Peruvian style, you’ll be treated to an ice-cold Pisco Sour to get you in the mood for a wonderful evening of Pisco Sour & Ceviche making and feasting upon our delicious array of Peruvian- inspired dishes.
